Being a customer care representative also involves performing administrative tasks such as logging customer interactions, updating customer records, and creating reports for management
The Customer Care Representative is an essential member of the Business Support Services Team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This objective is achieved by utilizing a thorough understanding of Company products and programs, and collaboration with team members within the Business Support Services Department. The additional duties of the Customer Care Representative include dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers, and routing incoming calls.
Main duties and obligations
- Take ownership of incoming calls on multiple lines and ensure timely and accurate transfer to the necessary personnel.
- Our personalized approach to logging, processing, and dispatching calls ensures that every customer receives the attention they deserve.
- Operate the windows of the lobby and office according to the daily schedule.
- Courteously acknowledge customers and visitors, determine their needs, contact the requisite company staff, and guide the visitor to the appropriate person, area, or unit.
- Oversee the daily check processing and scanning operations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of process equipment service tickets, including adding and removing equipment and transferring equipment between accounts.
- Process walk-in sales.
- Efficiently manage inbound mail and fax communications by categorizing, sorting, and promptly delivering them to their intended recipients.
- Use our in-house mailing system or work with outside carriers such as USPS and Fed Ex to prepare outgoing mail.
- Record any discrepancies in the accounting software and investigate the reasons for the differences.
- Simplifying Operations Purchase Order and Returnable Packaging Management.
- Direct the dispatching of orders to the company's warehouses across the region.
- Replenish the inventory of office supplies, business cards, and ink for use at the Sales Centers.
- To complete the task of providing proper attire to designated personnel, you must oversee the purchasing and distribution.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

Work Environment:
