The Miami Dade, FL location of Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandising Supervisor to head the sales and merchandising activities in Kendall, Doral, and Coral Gables.

Your role as the Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor includes managing a team of Beverage Merchandising Supervisors and Merchandisers, ensuring their daily tasks are completed promptly and correctly. Additionally, you will uphold the company's merchandising standards within a certain geographic location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Host regular huddle calls with sales and part-time merchandisers to review performance gaps and address any challenges that arise
  • Ensure that outlets adhere to merchandising standards by conducting regular visits
  • Keep an updated record of all the ad campaigns executed, their timeline, and outcome analysis according to the ad calendar
  • Utilizing Volume Tracking to Fuel Growth and Incentives
  • Conduct Surveys to Evaluate the Execution of Account Plans and Objectives
  • Quick resolution of customer tickets related to restocking and merchandise upkeep is a priority
  • Navigating the Process of Order Transmission, Missed Deliveries, Dispatch Trials, and Ad-hoc Deliveries
  • Manage technology/device administration
  • Correspond with the store managers if needed to discuss the ordering and execution procedures
  • The customer service department is equipped to handle any issues you may have with your order or delivery, so don't hesitate to reach out to them

  • The ability to operate and interpret mobile apps with ease
  • Demonstrating a commitment to work at unconventional hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Safe and efficient use of a manual or powered pallet jack necessitates an appropriate level of expertise and often involves certification
  • Providing and maintaining a car is vital for fulfilling job responsibilities during working hours
  • Possessing a valid driver's license is an absolute requirement and should always be kept up-to-date to operate a motor vehicle legally on public roads
  • All employees are required to keep their existing vehicle liability insurance up-to-date as directed by the company
  • Candidates who have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations within the last three years are ideal for the job

Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandising Supervisor position.
