To be successful as a customer care representative, you must have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, to ensure that customers are provided with accurate and timely information

Engaging in effective customer service for both internal and external customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is the main responsibility of the Customer Care Representative, who is a valued member of the Business Support Services Team. Tasked with utilizing a deep understanding of Company products and programs, as well as the knowledge of team members within the Business Support Services Department to achieve this goal. The Customer Care Representative is also responsible for dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers, and answering incoming calls.

The pivotal tasks and duties that need to be done in order to meet the goals and objectives of the organization

  • Efficiently and effectively answer multiple phone lines, and ensure that messages are relayed accurately to the intended recipient in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing innovative technology, we are capable of logging, processing, and dispatching sales and service calls quickly and accurately.
  • Adhere to the predefined timetable and oversee the functioning of office and lobby windows.
  • Politely receive clients and visitors, identify their needs, coordinate with the appropriate company representatives, and direct the customer/visitor to the suitable contact, office, or location.
  • Handle the scanning and processing of checks received on a daily basis.
  • Implement changes to customer accounts, such as adding or removing process equipment, or transferring equipment between accounts, as required.
  • Process walk-in sales.
  • Prioritize incoming mail and ensure delivery to the intended individuals; organize and manage the distribution of fax messages.
  • Select the best option for mailing outgoing correspondence, either through USPS, Fed Ex, or using our internal mail truck.
  • Use accounting software to perform a cash reconciliation at the end of each day or shift.
  • Efficiently Processing Operations Purchase Orders and Returnable Packaging Requests.
  • Organize the dispatching of orders to the company's multiple warehouses.
  • Source office-oriented goods like ink, business cards, and office supplies intended for the convenience of Sales Centers.
  • The action plan that needs to be implemented is to assign the procurement and dispersal of attires to the appropriate personnel.
  • Consistently apply the donation procedure's guidelines when preparing donations.

  • As a backup for a vault teller, one must adhere to strict policies and procedures to avoid any potential errors or fraudulent activity.

Education and Experience:
